Built as a static constellation atlas
The site is generated from structured data, so the constellation catalog can be reviewed, edited, and redeployed without changing presentation templates.
Reference standard
The modern sky is divided into 88 official constellations recognized by the International Astronomical Union. This site uses that 88-name standard as the content boundary.

Updating the site
Edit src/_data/constellations.json, then run npm run build and npm run check. Each constellation record controls the page title, meta description, history section, viewing guide, FAQ, related searches, and image-generation prompts. Generated files in _site/ can be uploaded to any static host.
